You want to lift heavy. You’re looking for a gym that lets you, a meet to work towards, or just an honest answer to which knee sleeves you should buy. That’s what Dutch Powerlifters is for: the guide to powerlifting in the Netherlands.
Who’s behind it?
Dutch Powerlifters is a project of Online Marketing Bakery, the marketing agency of Rubin Koot. Rubin used to powerlift himself and knows how hard it is to find a gym in the Netherlands where you’re actually allowed to train heavy. We want to make that search easier.
How we work
- We check gyms. Every gym in the gym guide has been checked against its own website or other public sources. If we’re in doubt, we don’t publish it.
- Meets come straight from the source. The competition calendar is updated every day from the official calendars of the KNKF and the IPF.
- Records and rules with sources. The Dutch records come from the KNKF record list, the rules from the IPF Technical Rule Book.
- Honest about money. Our buying guides sometimes contain affiliate links. If you buy through one of those links, we get a small fee and you pay nothing extra. It doesn’t change our advice: if something isn’t allowed at an IPF meet, we say so.
Something not right?
